Academic Coaching Program
Middle School Spring Cohort (January 13th -May 31st)
Grades 6-8
Online: Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-5:30pm PST
Cost: $400 per month if enrolled before January 1st, $450 per month after
The Middle School Focus House Academic Coaching Program helps students stay organized, focused, and accountable so they can excel in school. Each student joins a small group of five, led by a credentialed teacher who meets with them twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:30 pm PST beginning on January 12th. During each session, students complete homework, learn effective study and time-management strategies, and receive personalized academic support tailored to their needs.
The credentialed teacher holds students accountable through weekly grade checks, goal-setting, and progress reflections, ensuring they stay on track and take ownership of their learning. Parents receive regular progress updates to build a collaborative relationship with families that supports student success. This program helps students build lasting skills that support success in all future academic endeavors.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot in the Middle School Focus House Academic Coaching Program. This deposit will be applied toward January tuition. Families will then be billed $450 on the 1st of each month from February through May. Monthly invoices will be sent via email and can be paid securely online.

Focus House specializes in academic coaching for middle and high school students. Our dedicated approach fosters structure, accountability, and study skills through small-group sessions led by credentialed teachers, with regular communication to parents, ensuring a collaborative effort in student success.
Focus House was founded by Tatiana, a credentialed teacher and mother with a passion for helping students thrive through structure and consistency. After years of teaching middle and high school, Tatiana saw how many capable students struggled not with understanding content, but with organization, time management, and accountability. She created Focus House to bridge that gap — combining the care of a classroom teacher with the structure of a coaching program, empowering students to build lasting academic habits and confidence.
